What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, email, service address, the photos you upload, and your appointment details. Your card is saved by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use it to confirm your booking, send appointment texts and receipts, do the job, and charge the card on file as described in our terms. We'll also send one request for a review after the job. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone except the services that run the booking (Stripe for payments, Twilio for texts, and our scheduling tools).

Ads and analytics

This site may use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to measure which ads lead to bookings. These tools may set cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as Canadian tax law requires. Uploaded photos are deleted after 12 months unless they're used, without identifying details, as a before and after.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
