When we can get there

We run Waterloo jobs on set days so we aren't crossing the region all day. Every other Tuesday, starting November 17, 2026, is a Waterloo day, and any day we already have a job in Waterloo opens up for other Waterloo bookings. When you enter your postal code, the form shows only the dates that are open for your address.

What it costs

  • 1 fixture$199each
  • 2 fixtures$179each
  • 3 fixtures$164each
  • 4 fixtures$149each

Those are per-fixture prices plus HST for bookings made by January 31, 2027. The regular rate after that is $225 for one fixture. The price is the same for a tub or a walk-in shower. The $50 late-cancel fee only applies inside 24 hours of your appointment.

What's included

We cut out every trace of the old caulk and its residue, treat and dry the joint, and lay a new bead of mould-resistant 100% silicone in white, clear, almond or grey. That covers the tub-to-wall and tub-to-floor joints, corners and fixtures, and we clean up after. The new caulk needs 24 hours before it gets wet, and it carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee against peeling, lifting or separating under normal use. Regrouting and tile repair aren't part of the job.

Uptown to the west side

We cover Uptown Waterloo, Beechwood, Laurelwood, Lakeshore, Eastbridge, Colonial Acres and the student areas around the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier, including Northdale. The rental houses near campus see far more showers per day than the average family bathroom, so their caulk often fails early. A short turnaround between tenants is a good time to book, since the 24-hour cure time won't get in anybody's way.

Postal codes covered: N2J, N2L, N2T and N2V.

Hard water in Waterloo bathrooms

Waterloo's groundwater supply is hard. Figures published by local water-treatment companies range from about 17 to 38 grains per US gallon, and the Canadian average is near 10.5. Scale on the bead isn't a failure on its own, but it holds soap film and makes the joint harder to keep clean, so it's worth wiping down.

Waterloo questions

Why does Waterloo have fewer dates?

We group Waterloo jobs together to keep travel down and appointments on time. Every other Tuesday is a Waterloo day, starting November 17, 2026, and other dates open up when we already have a job booked in Waterloo.

Which Waterloo postal codes do you cover?

Codes starting N2J, N2L, N2T and N2V. Rural addresses with an N0B code, including St. Agatha and Wellesley Township, aren't covered yet.

Can you recaulk a student rental near the universities?

Yes. Someone needs to let us in and show us the bathroom, and the card on file is charged only after the job is done. Book it when the tenants can stay out of the shower for 24 hours, or between leases.

Before you book

We also cover Cambridge and Kitchener.
